Staff at reception very warm and welcoming on arrival. Lovely comfortable room. Room and hotel generally very clean and fresh. The staff were always cheerful and ready to help. Will certainly stay again.

+ Spacious room, great location and helpful staff. - Paid for a deluxe room, didn't have any windows. Room Thermostat was broken so couldn't adjust temperature (reception staff were able to help from a master control room). Breakfast was at a different hotel due to long term building works, which wasn't communicated to us prior to our stay. Communal areas smelt very musty, and rooms were very dated.
