The air conditioner needs servicing, and the filter changed. It says that on the display in the room. The air conditioner was making weird noises all night. The shower was good, had enough pressure, and it was nice to have a rain shower head. I was hoping to book 2 single beds, but after the booking, I was notified there's only a double bed available, not 2 single beds. It was actually a super king-size double bed, very large. My teenage daughter wasn't keen on sharing a bed, but as the bed was very large and we asked for an additional separate duvet, which was provided promptly, we slept fine. The breakfast area is quite small but provides all the traditional breakfast foods and helpful staff members are there to accommodate. Beautiful design at the lounge. Gluten-free signs on the breakfast food items would be helpful.

Great location near to tube stations and easy access to Hyde Park. Friendly and helpful staff, happy to store luggage when we arrived early. Clean bathroom and shower. Glad to have a room safe. Bed was big and comfortable enough.

Located by Kensington Gardens Clean and comfortable accommodation with good access to public transport / Lancaster Gate tube station a short walk away. also some good pubs and Restaurants in the vicinity.

Nice location near the tube and Hyde park. Friendly staff members and a good feel to the layout and the rooms was bigger than many other rooms in London.

The proximity of the accommodation to the tube stations. The staff in the kitchen who was very attentive and serves with a smile. The shops and restaurants close to the property. The clean towels which were still really fluffy and thick. The toilet was clean and and with good water pressure.
