Public parking is available on Redan Place off Queensway High Street, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are also parking bays outside the hotel (subject to availability), with different rates for different vehicles. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 hours and is free between 6:30 pm and 8:30 am.The property features 6 floors: ground, basement, and floors 1-4. Please note that guests may be allocated a basement room based on availability.A security deposit of GBP 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. • No smoking in the rooms – Penalty £150.00 & immediate check-out

The room was comfortable, a bit small, but if you want to travel the city it's more than enough. The staff was always kind and very helpful. The location was great, close to the tube stations (central / circle). Would come again!
