Hotel was in a very good location, not a far walk from the coach station and tube. Staff were friendly and although the room wasn’t huge it was perfect for just a place to rest your head.

I would definitely stay here again, people at the front desk always helpful and willing to make your stay comfortable. Our bus was leaving at 11 pm and we could leave our luggage at guard without Any problem!!!

Centrally located reasonable accommodation for the price. There was a small lift. The room was small (as expected) but sufficient. We had two adults and two teens (15 & 17) so the space was tight but we only slept there. Bed and linen were fine.

Given that we were in London where nothing is cheap, the hotel was well priced and in a good location just a short walk from Victoria Station. We were able to check in easily and we had a reasonable amount of space in the room and a small bathroom. The room also had a small balcony .
