The staff were extremely helpful, letting me drop my bags off and getting my key before heading to the gig. Location was great nice and close to the train station and venue

It was a great price and good location to Wembley Stadium. Whoever was on reception on the morning of 10th December was the friendliest person we came across. He was very helpful and deserves a mention. The food was very good. Hint- the tea and coffee machine requires you to push the two red buttons at the same time for hot water. Maybe a little sign there would help.
