The staff were excellent! Vincent the receptionist (wears glasses) was pleasant guy who couldn’t do enough for the hotel guests, as former employee of working 10 years in the hotel business, his customer service skills were exceptional and I would highly rate his service in particular!

The location was perfect for us. Reasonable price and we were upgraded to a larger room at the back. The hotel was like a stately home owned by a lord who had fallen on hard times. It certainly had character.
