The location of the hotel is perfect and near the metro station "Earl‘s Court". The room was comfortable and we had no issues with the room size because our Luggage fit under the bed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Since the stay at this hotel wasn’t planned, due problems with another hotel, we didn’t check for the floors which were carpets. Personally I find it always a little bit uncomfortable since carpet floors need more intense cleaning and some stains won’t go out which gives me a unclean feeling walking barefoot. But like i said the last point is a personal issue and the rooms were modern and clean.

Very good location, close to zone 1 tube station with good local amenities. Far enough away to be quiet. Seemed recently refurbished with everything you need.

Lovely properly, very clean and well looked after. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Size of the room was perfect and bathroom was lovely.

The location is perfect, just few minutes away from tube station. The room was nice and clean with everything that was needed for a few nights. Nice bathroom enough space to move and renovated which was perfect! I got checked in early with no additional charge and made it right on time for my business meeting!

Our room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Our bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing. A bonus there was a lift to all floors (I have an injury so I was grateful) easy to order an uber and great local restaurants. Cosy and also quiet during the night.
