The staff were amazing. I stay in a lot of hotels around the Uk and I have to say, this hotel has the best staff. They could not do enough for you. The breakfast was so fresh and tasted fantastic.

The room was a good size and very clean. No view but this is not a concern of mine, I would rather be on the quiet side of the hotel! The location is excellent, easy to access all areas of London from the tube station two monutes walk from the hotel.

Location is perfect and room was spacious and clean. The windows in the room did not appear to be sealed properly meaning we could hear every noise outside. The night staff were very understanding and apologised for not being able to accommodate a room change as they were fully booked. Will request a room on a higher floor and to the back of the hotel next time

Loved the 2x double beds in our twin room - very comfy, lots of pillows. Good size shower & pleasant toiletries. Hotel decor is very cool - loved all the funky artwork & unusual decorations. Bar downstairs was great for a pre -dinner drink. Staff very friendly & helpful and we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Excellent location for reaching the west end and major sites

Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful decor and friendly staff. Spa not so great, no jacuzzi which was disappointing.

Location was very central and the hotel was very secure. Keys cards required on each floor. Large and comfortable bedroom located towards the back of the building so it was quieter. My room was available at 12pm when checking in. Large swimming pool, sauna ans steam room. Fabulous breakfast for 20£.

Staff were lovely and helpful, Our room was standard size. However, the bathroom was very small. There is nowhere to hang towels after our showers. We had to squeeze into the small space, so I was quite disappointed. We are two very slim ladies.

Location great. Staff lovely. They were giving out free glasses of Prosecco when check in was slow, which was sweet of them. Room nice - great tea and coffee. Good shower. Comfy bed. Pool, steam and sauna nice. Gym small, but functional well maintained.
