We visited the Kew Gardens Christmas Light Trail and this hotel was a great location. It was simple and quick to get an Uber from the hotel to the entrance of Kew Gardens. The hotel was spacious and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Lovely receptionist and room service. There was a mistake with the room as we were given separate beds but it was quickly resolved

Our main reasons for choosing this hotel were the price and availability of parking + link to London. All in all it was as promised, a good place to spend the night for trips into London.

I thought the area was lovely especially around kew area. Having the sainsburys was a bonus also. I was near to brentford high street and also close to the river Thames.

Any questions were never too much trouble for the staff. Always happy to help with a smile on their faces. We got a complimentary room upgrade also when we arrived which was lovely after a 4 hour drive down

Comfortable room and nice bathroom facilities. Good for a short stay to visit London without having to drive into town. Young lad on reception the morning of 29 December was a model of patience and politeness - he spent some time directing a Spanish-speaking family to public transport and then apologized for keeping us waiting. He’ll go far in the hospitality business.

Hotel was clean and staff pleasant. Food looked really nice (although we didn't have any) and bar seemed well stocked for cocktails etc. Swimming pool is quite small but also clean, tidy and reasonably warm. Gym is a good standard for a hotel with 10 stations including two multi-gyms.
