1. Great location. 2. Friendly staff. 3. The room size is not 25 square meters. 4. Satisfactory cleanliness. 5. For four nights in London, the price is worth it. 6. In my opinion, the room and the bathroom need serious renovation.

Very easy to find halal food. Near groceries and souvenirs shop. Near to Bayswaters station and Queensway station. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Will stay again ang highly recommended to muslim traveller

Great location! Really disappointed by the receptionist,we asked him to leave 2 backpacks after our checkout and he told us in a rude way that we can only leave them for 2 hours max. The toilet also uncomfortable and narrow.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful; we were able to leave our luggage there, and they willingly assisted us with all our questions. The accommodation is in a perfect location and was very comfortable and clean.

Location was perfect for us, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets are right next to the hotel, as is Bayswater tube station. Staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, the bathroom was nice, as was the lift/stairs areas decor.
