The fine print
Third party payments are not accepted. The cardholder name must match the name of the guest.Once guests have checked in, the total of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable.For stays of 7 nights and over, or group reservations, guests will be required to fill in an authorisation form. This will be sent via email by the property and must be filled in and signed by the cardholder and sent back with a copy of the card holders ID. Definitely the smallest single room I have ever stayed in that also had a kitchenette. A great location, just around the corner from the Bayswater tube station, Hyde Park,and lots of shops and restaurants. Easy check in and out with a friendly and helpful staff. Luggage storage room. Very clean and well set up. Excellent price point for London and the neighborhood.

The hotel is great in a great situation. Close from a 2 tube stations, Queensway and Bayswater! The building is clean and apparently had a complete refurbishment which is great. Looks healthy and looked after! We had a room on the 4th floor without lift, it's important to notice this in case you're travelling with heavy suitcases or have any health issues it's lot of stairs to get there but for us it was completely fine! We had a nice room, with a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom. Everything was spot on! Comfy bed, it was clean and fresh! The view was really nice, roof of London view, lovely. Staff is very efficient, check-in and check out is fast and easy with them! Great place to stay for 1 night or more! Would happily come back!

Great location, spacious room, big shower, even provided 3 fans. Everything needed was there. Big selection of the room service - we went for tasty pizza. Reception staff very friendly and chatty :) 2 tube station few steps away. Cannot believe we only paid £100 for this location and how nice everything was. We could only stay one night as it was quick trip but will definitely be back!

I liked how pretty it was and that they had everything you needed such as, all kitchen appliances you needed, hair dryer and iron and ironing board.

Lovely location, friendly and helpful at check-in. Room was comfortable, spacious and bright. However we were on the 4th floor and our legs were so tired from a full day of sight seeing and nearly 30k steps that we could hardly get up the stairs🤣🤣
