Great Location with friendly staff The beds were very comfortable but the room was a bit tight on surface space. No proper space to sit and eat or any side tables to put make up, phones charging etc The biggest issue is that we had, was noise. The walls are very thin so we heard every movement from next door and every footstep from above.

The lift only went to 3rd floor- very difficult to carry luggage one more floor. Was a lift but just stopped at 3.

Super impressed with everything. The location was brilliant. The room had everything we needed for a short stay, It was immaculately clean. Comfy bed and nice towels. Warm friendly welcome at reception

Location is fantastic. Hyde Park in front of the door, two tube stations close by. The room was clean and the kitchenette equipped with a coffee machine and hot water cooker.

Rooms are new and the building is being renovated so everything was quite updated. The only miss was the construction noise in the morning.
