Upon arrival to drop our luggage we were informed we had been upgraded. They were kind and courteous. Our room was amazing. Wonderful for our stay in London.

Hotel is very close to underground station. Good value for money breakfast (not included in room rate) with unlimited breakfast items for order.

Great location Building is greatly renovated (that’s the reason that the rooms are a bit small, but it’s expected in London) Lobby has a great decoration and gives you a nice welcome feeling Staff is very polite and helpful Bonus plus; it offers the option for small snacks delivery!

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, the other facilities were quite good and breakfast was very nice the location is very handy to get around with especially if you are only going for a few days, will stay here again when I'm back in town

Nicely decorated, modern-classic hotel. Well-maintained. Clean rooms, good beds, good breakfast with a choice of hot dishes. Top location on 3 minutes from Earl's Court metro (multiple central lines) and plenty of (food) shops & pubs around.
