Location was convenient for my needs, that's why I booked it. Breakfast was ok too, room was again hot and in basement and no fresh air. Ended up asking for the door to be opened and I sat next to it.

Breakfast was a little cold(plate) but ok,the whole place is very dated, expensive for what it is, location is only reason we stayed again,

Communication from staff was excellent prior to our visit. The apartment was spotless and secondary glazing ment we slept peacefully.

location is brilliant, close all buses and tube. delicious full breakfast, very comfortable beds ad pillows. next to British Museum. nice staff, and plenty of tea supplies and a nice touch with biscuits. they were very good giving us a room on ground level.

The receptionist was pleasant enough. The bed was comfortable, and there were decent tea making facilities. The location was good for us, as we were going out in Covent Garden. Tbh, adequate for a short overnight stay, although a bit expensive.
