The fine print
For reservations of 9 rooms or more, 25% of the total cost will be charged upon booking. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining 75% will be charged 14 days before arrival. For reservations of 9 rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least 28 days before arrival. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge 100% of the total booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements. Please note, for breakfast included rates, the breakfast is continental.While the restaurant is being enhanced, the hotel continues to offer delicious In Room Dining continental breakfast so the guests can enjoy it from the comfort of their room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I booked the wrong rooms when doing online. Staff were very helpful with changing my rooms to suit. If you are not travelling alone, I would not recommend the compact double rooms. Far too small for more than one person. I booked these originally but happily paid a little extra for the standard double. Fabulous location and good facilities. Definitely worth staying here.

Location is perfect. Right in the center of everything .Location wise, it was just perfect. So easy to roam around, and get back to the hotel for a break, and then set off again. Shop what you need, drop it off in the hotel, and set off again. Theatres are just next door, if you are into musicals. Cheap food available as it is next to China town. Helps a lot if you don't like using public toilets, which is very limited in London.

It was the best experience I had in London. Friendly people. They supported me in every way. It was our wedding anniversary and they arranged a private room. They also gave us champagne as a gift. Thank you everyone for a very special and beautiful experience.
