We arrived at night and they didn’t have a room for us so they moved us for the other Marble Arch on the same street but number 31. Everything was great.

Excellent location for Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Really clean, comfy beds and good quality toiletries provided. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable birthday by decorating the room and leaving complimentary fizz and birthday cake! Really nice touch. They put us in a large room too.

There is considerable building works going on at the hotel so access wasn't obvious or easy.
