My stay at Montcalm East started with a small hiccup, but it quickly turned into a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible staff. The Guest Experience and especially Denise, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, resolving the issue promptly and making me feel truly valued as a guest. The thoughtful gestures, including different forms of compensations, completely turned my experience around. The follow-up from Prabhash, the other Duty Manager, was also greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. I left Montcalm East feeling genuinely impressed by the team's dedication to creating a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding guest care and attention to detail.

Staff went above and beyond, offering tea while waiting for check-in, and preparing free amenities including snacks and drinks (and a bottle of wine!) for us in the room.

Beautiful and modern hotel in a nice neighborhood, very close to the Underground station Old Street. Delicious breakfast and great Bar & Restaurant. The room was big and clean, super bathroom.

The rooms are excellent! Comfortable, clean. The location is also great. Walking distance from the tube, nice restaurants within walking distance.
