Good location, felt very fancy, heated floor in bathroom was lovely touch! Delicious fresh fruit in bedroom, and soda in the fridge. Biscuits and tea also provided. Thank you!

Great location- short distance to the station. Having flown from Australia, the temperature shock was a lot! I arrived at the property to be upgraded by the lovely receptionist. To a room with a bath. The porter came and made sure the heating was up enough for me. Very thoughtful staff and a lovely peaceful room. The restaurant downstairs was Alison amazing! Best Indian I’ve had!

Excellent location for public transport. Rooms were spacious and had everything one might need in them. Bed was very comfy and rooms must be soundproof as we heard nothing all night, would definitely stay again.

This is my number one place to stay. So close to Paddington for the mainline and tubes. Impeccable service by staff, always a friendly welcome, with well-turned out comfortable rooms. Feel very safe staying here as a solo traveller.

The service is fast and the room is cozy and fully packed with everything you need and more! Tea, sodas, water, shortbread, coffee and all kinds of kits that you need for the bathroom or sewn emergency. The bathtub was superb and looked like brand new.
