The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and having mulled wine and mini mince pies to greet guests was a nice touch. My room was very comfortable and had everything that I needed and expected. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice.

Great hotel, we stayed in a lovely club room and were so happy. The food in the hotel’s pub is amazing too. Staff are very helpful. Highly recommend. .
