The room temperature was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel. The friendly and helpful staff. The warm hot chocolate and mince pies in the lobby were a lovely touch, and delicious.

Really nice staff, very kind and helpfull especially the concierge. The room was very pretty with a nice view and they served hot chocolate with marshmallows everyday. We loved staying at Montcalm Brewery.

The staff. Front of house staff Winky and others made the stay more memorable than the room. Nice hotel but overpriced for the quality of the room.
