The room was small but ok for the purposes, if there were two people it would be too small I think unless you are very close. Location was perfect and is the main reason apart from the staff that I choose this hotel. Staff are amazing, all the front desk staff could not be more helpful.

The location was excellent, right next to Paddington train station. The staff were great. Very friendly. They looked after our luggage before check in and afterwards. I can't fault the service we received.

The staff were very helpful and understanding. They allowed me to get early check-in as I arrived after a long flight. They were very friendly. They also happily served my special requests during my stay.

No complaints about anything. The Concierge, Claudiu was especially welcoming in a gregarious Romanian manner. Putting Romania on my bucket list. Staying here was easy.

very convenient location next to Paddington Station hence easy access to transportation options and even walking distance to plenty of areas of interest. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was good and spacious for Central London. We did not opt for the breakfast so can't comment on it. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend for others to try.
