What a fantastic place to stay. The room was fantastic, the breakfast buffet offered everything you could possibly want and the staff were really friendly and welcoming will definitely stay again

Comfortable room with lots of space. Nice bathroom with a good power shower. It took some time to work out the light switches and aircon- I didn't get it right and the fan came on loudly at 2am presumably because it had gone out of temperature range. ( Some form of written instructions to stop this happening would be nice) Good breakfast selection with a calm atmosphere - I think there was every variation of breakfast available Short walk from Old Portland Road and Regent's park underground stations Directions to rooms from the Foyer could be clearer, especially for those using the stairs

The location was good for me personally because I attended a course close by. The staff are friendly and the room was fine but there was too much in such a small space. The table and chair made the flow around the bed difficult and made the bedroom area feel too crammed. The heating must have been broken because it constantly set itself to 22 degrees despite me turning it down to 16 multiple times. I reported the issue to the front desk, who said they would look into it, but when I came back into the room at night, it was set at 30 degrees! I turned it off and opened the windows, but in London, the noise doesn't make having the windows open a suitable solution. The bar/restaurant area was nice enough, but there were mice running around on the floor! I told the staff who said they come in through the windows, hahaha, and they didn't seem phased by it at all. Not exactly what people expect to see in a restaurant area 🙄

Location fantastic. Very large comfortable bed. Even though the room was small, there were 2 chairs with a table. Great power and hot water in the shower.

Good, comfortable room. Location slightly far from places we usually visit, like theatre land, but London transport is good. Breakfast was superb. Executive Lounge is a very good perk.

Location - 20 min walk from St. Pancras International, bus and metro stations in front of the hotel, several nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood Room - cozy and clean room with an amazing bed and comfortable pillows; clean bathroom with a nice shower and many toiletries Spacious restaurant offering a very good breakfast with lots of options (English, pancakes, croissants, fruits etc.) Friendly and helpful staff Free luggage storage
