Well positioned close to Victoria station and Pillico metro. The area seemed pretty safe to walk around and pretty quiet throughout the night. The staff was really nice. The room was clean and furnished properly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, with daily housekeeping that was thorough and well-done. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of Big Ben and the city center. However, what stood out the most was the staff. I had an issue with my booking, and they went above and beyond to help me. They honored my original reservation price and ensured everything was sorted smoothly. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. This is a cozy, family-run hotel where everything is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. I will definitely return!

I really liked that the property is located in a quarter part of London and it is also close to both Pimlico and Victoria Stations, so it was easy to go everywhere.

Very nice quiet environment, nice comfortable bed and lovely to have a little balcony. Station a 5 minute walk and bus 24 very close by, going to Trafalgar Square.
