Hotel was ideally suited for me being close to tube and the hospital that I had to attend early the next day. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

It's difficult to find hotels with rooms for family of 5. This was perfect and we had a kitchenette and dining table sitting area too which was a bonus!

Perfect location! Subway is super near, many shops around and places to eat. 20min walk from Hyde park. The hotel is clean, has everything you might need. Friendly staff and even they were able to check us in earlier.

Don’t want to be too harsh as hotel was what I expected for what I paid. Prime location for what I needed, had to ring manager to get checked in and he answered quite abruptly with “yes” then begrudgingly came up stairs gave us a room key told us door was locked at 22:00 then trundled off again. Room was adequate, shower hot, clean towels so good value for money if manager was a tad unwelcoming.

Staff was very good, arranged for me to arrive really late to the property from the airport, i.e. after 11 pm.
