Please note that the Studio, One-bedroom apartment and Superior apartment will have a sofa bed set up when there are 3 or 4 people selected. The sofa bed can be set up for stays of 2 people at a charge of £25 per night. Please contact the property using the details on the booking confirmation if you would like the sofa bed made.Guests must send a copy of their photo ID to the property 30 days prior to arrival.Marlyn Lodge has a self-check-in and check-out system. Please provide the cardholder's address at the time of booking in the Special Requests box.Please note, smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged a GBP 75 fee for cleaning.Service charge includes the following on weekdays only (excluding bank holidays): Towels, toiletries, washing up, bed making and tidying. Please note that the apartments are fully cleaned after check-out unless stay are longer than 7 nights. There is no cleaning during your stay unless requested.Please note there will be a GBP 15 charge for loss of keys.Please note there will be an extra cleaning charge of GBP 200 for excessive mess and/or rubbish left in the apartment after check-out, and if there are any stains in the property or any damage to the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

i really liked everything. The apartment is soooo comfy and beautiful, in the city center... 5 minutes from tower hill and three different underground stations. There's everything inside and you are in a condo, so safe and always clean. Rules are easy to follow and it was a pleasure spending time even inside. We cooked for New Year's Eve and it was soooo special. A place I will choose again and again, even because it's in my fav city in the world!

Excellent location, beds were so comfy and the studio apartment had all the required fixtures we expected. Very clean and tidy. Regular daily cleaning provided throughout our stay. Lovely hot shower, excellent kitchen unit and the apartment was very secure and safe. We will definitely book this unit or similar in the same building again, totally served our purpose. Top class and value for money.

The unit provided everything we needed for our week in London- bed was comfortable (as was the sofa bed), kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was a great size. Arrival instructions were extremely clear and the location was perfect for anyone wishing to explore the Tower of London.

The location near the Tower, river and Elizabeth line, downstairs supermarket and the brand-new bath and kitchen are huge pluses. The kitchen is particularly well-appointed and well-designed, with excellent lighting. The area is pretty quiet and low-key. The manager was very helpful and we received a change of towels during our 5-night stay. The price for Central London is outstanding.
