“Wouldn’t recommend. Seems like a residential block. No value for money. Didn’t feel safe.”

Very unfriendly staff at reception. Delay getting access to room despite being told we could check in early. Then reception staff tried to charge an additional fee. No left luggage facilities. Bathroom plug broken so metal spike exposed, very dangerous. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Smell of weed/drugs at lift area on level 6. Loud music from neighbours. No security at reception. Small lobby area and no facilities at reception. Nearest underground station didn’t open until after 7am so had to walk to London Bridge and some entrances there not open either. Would not recommend this property , especially to families.

The location was amazing, 10 minutes walk from the London Bridge. The apartment was really big. The London Bridge station was also really close as well as a supermarket.
