Room was amazing, big spacious and nice view. Location was perfect just walking distance to London eye and Big ben and 400 meter Train stations. Staff were amazing I ordered food from outside and they helped me with cutlery. Early Check-in was provided but with 30£.

Super convenient location. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable quiet room (we stayed on 9th floor at the back overlooking the railway lines which had a stunning view of Vauxhall and Nine Elms). The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Will definitely stay here again

Hotel's location is amazing, the room's size is very good and clean, full accessibility. In the kitchen you have anything you need for small cooking, even dishwasher.

The breakfast provided was quite nice. They also had gluten free bread available which is a bonus. The location is top notch as it close to all the major sights but also has express supermarkets right around the corner. We requested cots prior to our arrival and this request was met.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I think this is one of the most under-rated aspect. Being greeted in a warm manner, not being rushed and being given full attention makes such a difference to one's stay. I commend your reception staff for this. I loved the size of the room and the amenities such as the crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.

The location was not bad as it's near to some tourist spots. Having a supermarket near the hotel is helpful.
