Staff was suuuper helpful and nice! No issues with keeping our luggage after checking out. Breakfast waiters were so cool! Location is just perfect, 8 minutes walk to Victoria, there is also a bus stop just in front of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind, informative, and generous. The breakfasts were delicious, and filling, and they catered to any allergies or special requests. And the location was amazing.
