The bedroom is simple but it had everything that we needed. Enough room for 2 people and even some furniture if we wanted to organise the clothes out of the suitcases. The shower cabinet was a little too small but not enough to disturb while showering, the pressure of the water and the temperature although, were perfect.

Great location, short walk to underground and Kensington Gardens. The single room with bathroom was great value comparable to other hotels in London. The breakfast was good value and options. Would stay again but perhaps upgrade if budget permits.

Hotel is in nice and quiet neighborhood and it's in proximity of public transport and various markets, restaurants and pubs. Room was clean and had personal bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice. There is no elevator so older or disabled people might have difficulty going up in their room.

Excellent location, quiet, good sized room, clean (small) bathroom. Our room was not in the main building but 200 m away, closer to metro station. No elevator but we were in 1st floor. Room was as described, for 4 with 2 single beds and 2 staple beds. Bed linens and covers were comfortable and clean. Towels changed every 2 days. Small but good shower. Simple free breakfast in the morning, choice of 4 items per person (tea, coffee, juice, fruit, cornflakes, toast or yogurt). You can pay extra if you want a British breakfast. You can leave your luggage the last day in a big room (not totally secured, but was ok, you can pay extra if you want a secured option). No air conditioning but with window open it was fine.
