Location, house keeping daily cleaning Ice machine Bed comfortable Furniture Coffee machine Luxury Soaps and shampoos I want to mention one of the best hotelier Mr Ashraf The front office manager, he is a good team leader, he has strong interpersonal and communication skills.furthermore, he is excellent in problem-solving and decision-making. He is a real a pricless gem and a real Marriott ambassador. Thanks Ashraf

Comparable to other hotels in London, the rooms of this hotel were quite of a good size and not cramped. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and since it was recently renovated, it had a feeling of new to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was good and very close to Gloucester Road and South Kensington. There was a Sainsbury directly in front of the hotel, and many dining options were available around the hotel within walking distance.

Everything was wonderful - the staff, the location, my room, breakfast, the hotel. I had just stayed somewhere at another hotel that was very disappointing so it made my stay even more amazing.

Great location in Kensington, close to several tube stations, easy to take you to city centre. Nice and clean rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast.
