The gym was well equipped and spacious and clean (important to me). The location is great! Close to everywhere we needed to be. Close to a lot of known restaurants and walking distance to shopping areas. Taxi’s also available in front of hotel making easy to come and go. The staff in the reception, the bar/lounge, gym and the front entrance (doormen) were very professional and friendly and helpful. The view from the 19th floor (where we stayed) was beautiful.

I was upgraded by reception which was very kind, I stayed in an executive room 25 floors up with an inc credible view of London. The hotel is wonderfully designed, super clean, fantastic location and I throughly recommend

The hotel is just lovely. The staff are super friendly, it’s in a great location and the food was divine. We had great views from the 24th floor which were amazing.

The staff were excellent! They have made my parents feel so special. It was my dads 75th birthday and they made him feel very welcome. All staff they said were amazing! The front desk and concierge were super kind. Thank you xxxx
