Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Good location close to metro and bus. Apartment was well furnished, amenities correspond with pictures and everything was working well (e.g. washing machine + dryer, dishwasher). A binder with detail description of the apartment was handy. Also some really solid/great towels. Communication with the owner was really good. It was noticeable that Duncan really cared that we had a pleasant stay. We got a PDF guide with some tips and when we mentioned that it would have been nice to have an extra wooden spoon, scissors in the kitchen or that one of the lamps in the bedroom did not work the next day we got brand new: 2x wooden spoons, scissors, a light bulb and some complimentary sweets outside the apartment entrance door. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this accommodation to others.

Large apartment with two full bedrooms, a complete kitchen, and what seems to be a sofa bed on the living room (which also has a Bluetooth sound system we did not have time to test). The host was helpful and provided clear instructions on how to get the keys. It's located close enough to Hoxton station that it's only a short walk away, but far enough that you won't be bothered by any noise. It's on the top floor, so you won't get any noise for other apartments. Great location if you want to have Shoreditch as the home base.

Absolutely Fantastic Apartment. Duncan was so helpful in many ways from start to finish. He provides exceptionally clear information on how to get into the apartment, with photos guiding you through to make your arrival run smoothly. Parking right outside the apartment in a locked, gated car park, which is super safe and extremely helpful in the center of shoreditch for people traveling afar and wanting their car. The apartment itself is beautifully presented, crystal clean and with all the utensils required in the high-class kitchen. The beds are so comfy and lots of furniture to unpack your belongings to feel at home during your stay. The sofa also reclines into a sofa bed if needed or if you just want to get cosy and watch TV. The shower was powerful and hot with luxurious soaps and hair products. It also has a cute balcony that looks over london that you can watch the sunset (highly recommend). Overall, we four all enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment, it even looks better in person and it massively exceeded our expectations. 100% would return happily.
