Room was modern and beautifully decorated with comfy bed, it was very clean and had everything we needed. we didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment on that but the location was great being just round the corner from the station.

I've stayed here 4 times now. All times exceptional. One small thing of note. A banister on one of the sets of stairs was missing and the space was easily big enough for my 2 year old to get through and she would have fallen very far. This should be taped off until fixed.

I occupied a single room, it had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean.

AC was difficult to regulate. Lighting could have been brighter Shower and bathroom very clean well done cleaning staff. OVERALL THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT Everyone at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. BUT.......... The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. AND There is no lift/elevator.
