Pros: The hotel was conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the underground station. Also close to a lot of shops. The breakfast selection was really nice, offering a great variety of options to start the day, like fresh pastries and yogurt jars . The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Cons: The room was quite compact and lacked windows, which made it feel a bit enclosed. There was limited space for luggage—only enough room for two small suitcases at the foot of the bed. Without natural light, it was difficult to gauge the time of day or the weather outside, which affected my sense of orientation. Even though the breakfast selection was good, it lacked English breakfast options. Overall it was good value for money

Very welcoming staff and helpful. Patricia and the other staff made us so welcome. This is our first time staying at this hotel and would be our first choice when we come back to London. Thank u so much to the staff and making our trip even more unforgetable. It was such an amazing experience will definitely gonna come back again. Again, thank u soo much for such an amazing hospitality.

The hotel is in a very good location, you can reach Kensington Gardens on foot, about 25 minutes by tube to the center. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the lighting is turned on by sensors. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff was very responsive and kind.

Rooms are small but very modern and for the location and the price - it's perfect. 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. Friendly staff and convenient check in and check out
