What a lovely hotel. I was given a friendly, helpful welcome and my little room was gorgeous. Small but pretty, clean, comfortable and with everything I needed. Plus a wonderful view of Hyde Park

Great location. Very good value for central London. Interesting background/ownership (Soroptimists International). Rather the feel of an upmarket backpacker hostel, but for an older demographic, with small, rather spartan, but adequate, rooms. Mine was a standard single with a teensy, but functional, ensuite shower/loo/basin room, and the listing picture for a standard single gives an accurate impression of its actual size. Good continental breakfast (basic cereals, yoghurts, bread/toast, croissants, etc, good coffee machine) included in room rate. Strong free wifi. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have stayed before and will stay again - it is convenient for my meetings on Kensington Gore. The staff were very friendly and the room and breakfast was good value for money.
