It was exactly as it was advertised. A modest accommodation offering all that is needed for an overnight stay on business. The choice of TV channels was exceptional. A nice provision of milk. Etc., in the fridge and tea and coffee facilities, and even cereal!

Exceeded expectations - it’s cheap, it’s basic - but some nice additions including drinks in fridge and room was well catered for and in a great location.

The room was equipment with a lot of equipment to enable you to cook meals in a microwave etc. The breakfast was self serve too which was ok.

Well priced accommodation in Enfield, which was easy to access, parking available, and great communication with owners. It is a normal mid terraced house with converted rooms on the ground and second floor. Both rooms we booked had a small ensuite shower. Rooms well equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle, Tv, iron and fan. Nice touch of water, juice, bread, butter, jam, and milk in the fridge with breakfast tray of cereal, pan chocolate, tea, and coffee. Better than you would get in a budget priced hotel. Recommend as value for money.

Great location, off street parking, clean room with everything we needed (& more) for our 1 night stay. Lovely touch of fresh milk in the fridge and a breakfast tray with cereal, bread, butter, jam and pain au chocolates. Host responded very quickly to an issue we had with the fire alarm. Found 2 nice pubs with food a few minutes walk away (on the river walk).
