I like its location, the comfort, the cleanliness, and Netflix and it has a very large window that lets in wonderful sunlight. Availability of late checkout or luggage storage, which is great.

I love Easy, it's a hotel with a small, comfortable, clean room, the bed is very comfortable, it has Netflix on the TV, large windows, and friendly staff.

The attention and politeness of the man on reception was great. The room was a fair size and the bed modern and comfortable. Bathroom clean and well stocked. Tv in good position and a remote that worked, not always the case in hotels

The hotel location is very good. I found it had easy transport links to central London. Close to the tube and bus stations. The staff's customer service is very good, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Any questions I had they were able to easily answer and overall made the stay pleasant.
