Please ensure you check out before 10 am; otherwise, you may be charged for an extra night.Proof of identification: A valid proof of ID must be shown on arrival, including a passport, driving license, and national identity cards. The property cannot accept paper driving licenses and student or employee IDs as proof of identity.Breakfast: We provide Breakfast every morning, which costs just £3.50 Dairy-free Milk: Coconut/soy/almond/ Regular Milk: skimmed and semi-skimmed Juices: Orange, Lemon and Blackcurrant squash. Instant coffee, tea and hot chocolate Cereals: granola, rice pop, choco pop, honey hoop and cornflakes Bread: White and Wholemeal Spreads: White and milk chocolate (Nutella style), peanut butter, regular butter, plant base/dairy-free (butter style) honey, fruit jam (strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and apricot) and marmite.Facilities: Please be aware that our building has no lift and that you may be assigned to one of our top floors and a top bunk bed.Please note that our Basic room types allow access to all our fantastic facilities! However, the building is located a short walk (1 minute) away from the main building, but if you need anything, there is a direct telephone which will connect you with our reception.Events: The hostel organizes daily events aimed at backpackers between the ages of 18-30 years.Terms: Please note that all bookings are subject to the signing of the property's terms and conditions via a rental agreement which will be emailed to the guest following their reservation. Please note that all guests must be aged over 18. Underage guests who book will not be accommodated and will not be refunded. Different policies and additional supplements will apply when booking for 12 persons or more.Luggage storage is free on the day of arrival and costs GBP 2.50 per bag on the day of departure. An extra fee of GBP 7.5 per bag per day applies for the days following check-out. Storage lockers for small valuables are available for GBP 2 per day. Towels are available for rent for GBP 3.50Please Note: For the safety of others, anyone exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 will be unable to stay at the hostel. Therefore, we recommend you return home if travelling domestically or to use specialist self-isolation accommodation. Self-Isolation - Guests who wish to self-isolate in the hostel must do so in a private room; guests must not perform the self-isolation period if coming from abroad in shared dorms.

First of all congratulation to Astor. I am very happy to stay in Astor. I will always stay in Astor. Staff good. Specially place to keep luggage. Light on bed. Charging mobile availability electric switch on bed very good.

Staff put me at ease straight away, I felt so comfortable, such a nice hostel community. Have to particularly give a shoutout to the staff member Aitor, he hosted an astral chart reading free to anyone who attended, it was such a nice get together, he’s so down to earth and was a highlight to my stay

Very nice place right next to the British Museum. Excellent connectivity to public transport as well as hop on hop off buses. Good restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff were friendly, helped with directions to get around, things to do! Breakfast is not free. Simple std breakfast is available in the kitchen for a small price.

Very clean place to stay at a very low cost in central London. We didn’t face to any problem everything was perfect. Beds toilets kitchen everywhere was spotless. Aitor the receptionist with a big smile and very friendly attitude made our day. We really liked the place and the staff. Also offered a breakfast at 3.50£ which was really worth for the money. I think this is the best hostel ya can find in central London for your stay. Don’t think twice just book it. Really good work Aitor and staff keep it up. Ya guys smashing it. 10/10 ♥️♥️
