The hotel is well situated for Paddington and tube lines. The main downside was that the bed was not very comfortable. The base was in two parts and the two parts kept separating

Helpful reception staff, great location, people moan about the size of the rooms, but was big enough for us, breakfast sets you up for the day. Parking charges good for London.

All absolutely fine, just really small room, but in case of just sleeping is fine ☺️ and breakfast every day same 🙈 would be fine to change it sometimes.

Great location, hotel needs some updating but overall ok. We found the breakfast lady extremely rude to some guests, telling them to stay outside as they sneezed, putting a toast on my plate with her bare hands as it was going to burn, although the toast was not in fact mine. Refused to agree with what a guest asked of her quite rudely. All other personnel were lovely.

Good location, in a nice, safe area. Spacious, clean, quiet room with good natural daylight. Very nice and helpful staff, from the guys at the reception to the nice lady preparing the breakfast, they were absolutely amazing! Very good value for money!

Kevin and his collegues were very helpful and friendly. The ladies who make and serve the breakfast were also very helpful and friendly.
