Excpected breakfast to be included , a notice that breakfast was served in a restaurant near by from 8.00am (not sure if this was payable by me) was a disappointment I was sure breakfast was included in the price, however we were travelling to Brussels at 7.00am from the train station so breakfast was too early anyway. The restaurant at the hotel seemed to be at out bounds didn’t even know where it was very disappointing.

Hallways looked very dirty, with stuff thrown around while cleaning the rooms. Place overall did not look great. However, when inside a room, it was surprisingly clean and looked ok. Bathroom was new, everything worked well, did not look too old, and impression was much improved.

The location was perfect as I visited with a 10 and 11 year old. The accommodation was dated, the room was basic. There was evidence of damp around the window, in the bathroom and around the room. The air con was welcome as the building was really warm. The curtain couldn’t open and the shower was good. Toiletries were also provided and fresh towels every day. The bedding was ripped also. An average accommodation but ideal location.
