Breakfast was not as good as I expected. Scrambled egg was cooked solid. No staff member to ask about sausages; I am allergic to Quorn so had to do without. I asked about this when checking in and the lady on the desk did not know the answer and said that I could ask in the morning. Perfectly reasonable except that there was nobody to ask in the morninguntil after I finished.

Very good budget hotel in a quiet neighborhood, better quality than most hotels in this price range. The room was well heated, plenty of hot water and clean with fresh towels every day. The bed was comfortable. We come to London often and this was the first time we stayed in this hotel, but we will be coming back. Easy access to transportation (busses in front of the hotel) but around one hour to Trafalgar Square by bus (139) from Golders Green Station, probably less with the tube. The trip into town is pleasant. Easy contact with the management. Nice restaurants and shops one bus stop away. In all, we were very happy with our stay.

Staff were super friendly and approachable. We left luggage in the baggage room for hours before check in time and also for hours after we checked out and there was no issues at all. Cheap price for the quality of staff and hotel in London
