The fine print
-The hotel cannot guarantee that rooms will be available before 14:00 for check-in. Late check-out will be subject to additional charges.
-Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more , a prepayment is required to guarantee the group .
-The credit card holder should be present at the time of check-in. If a third person is paying then they will need to fill a Third Party Credit Card form prior to their arrival. Check-in may not be possible if this is not done and no refunds will be issued.
-All guests must be over the age of 18 to check-in. For all under 18, they should be accompanied either by a guardian or parent.
-The hotel can not reserve specific room numbers in advance or guarantee that rooms will be allocated on a specific floor.
-A security deposit of at least GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This cannot be paid with cash.
-The property keep lost property for 2 weeks. After this time the items are disposed of.
-Guests found to have smoked in the property will face a penalty of up to GBP 500Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Great hotel, pleasant staff, very convenient to museums, extremely handy tube connections nearby, pleasantly quiet at night. The room itself met all expectations, very nice, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Overall an excellent experience with great value for money. The room was spacious enough and the bed super comfy, staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was as good as you can imagine next to a tesco and waitrose with the hotel only being a 5 minute walk from a tube station, making it very accessible. If back in London, I would definitely come here again!

We did have to wait awhile at reception when we arrived as there were no staff manning the reception desk but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was reasonably priced, conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of two different underground stations and lots of restaurants, pubs, shops, and the Natural History Museum The room was large and comfortable, well furnished, and shower was powerful.

Location is perfect, bed was comfortable, shower was nice. Two last days of the stay we didn’t have any wifi. Something was wrong with the router and they didn’t manage to solve this issue in 24h.
