The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and mostly quiet. How lovely: they had a key to the park opposite. Good decor, comfy bed, unobtrusive daily cleaning.

86 stairs to the fourth floor and no lift... Fortunately I'm middle aged and only had a back pack. Our room: - The room and bathroom are rather compact. - If you hang your clothes up on the hangers provided, you then can't see the TV when laying in bed. - The big sash window is shared with the room next door! - The shower was very temperamental. Either scalding hot or freezing cold. Location is good.
