The property operates a self-check in system and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2pm. If you have booked within 3 days to arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately.Please note that the studio does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided.The building does not have a liftIdentification (Passport or ID) may be requested of guests by the property for local bookings. Driver’s license not accepted.Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try their best to do so wherever possible. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots for additional guests.
Please note the weekly service cleans are carried out for stays that are 8 days or more. The cleans will not be carried out if the guest is in the room. The location is excellent and feels safe. I appreciated having a coffee machine with coffee pods provided. The pillow was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Modern and clean, close to Hyde park and was easy to get the keys and then check out at the end of the stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very clean property, great location and the staff are great. I had an issue with my room and Attila kept in contact with me as soon as the issue was raised and went above and beyond to assist in getting the issue resolved. I would definitely stay here again

Great location, loads of amenities close by, good price for London. The room was clean and tidy, small but just what we needed, there was many light switches that didn't work and the only light was a very bright light so was missing a lamp or smaller side light. Other than that was just what we needed for a few days away in London.

Loved the place, so close to everything. Train, supermarket and restaurants are all very nearby. A very lovely street.

Good value for money, very central, easy access to apartment and keys (received a video tutorial before arrival), working hot water and underfloor heating. I had been a little skeptical about the quality of the room based on older reviews, but I really loved my stay. Definitely will recommend for a London trip.

The accessibility was good and entry to the room was good. A nice bright room. Fantastic shower and overall a really nice stay. Very clean and had the necessities that were needed.

Great location, very quiet and lovely place. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in London away from the noise! Communication with staff was great.
