Keith “Good hotel but let down with 30 min queue for lift to get to room!”

Nice rooms and great location, with friendly staff and a lively Sky Bar on the 18th floor. But after a gig, getting back to our room was a nightmare—30 minutes queuing for lifts shared with Sky Bar guests. If you’re on a high floor, stairs aren’t realistic. They really need to manage this better—dedicated lifts or separate queues would make a big difference. Until that’s sorted, I wouldn’t stay here again after an event.

The keys to the room didn’t initially work, toilet seat had dried droplets of urine. Couldn’t connect to Netflix of mirror cast as this was only available to android users so in room entertainment was very limited and boring.

Great location if you’re going to a concert at the o2, lovely staff and a very comfortable nights sleep. Brilliant selection of breakfast too.

Location was great to see a concert at the O2. Really liked the WhatsApp customer support really accessible and reassuring. Great service from all staff and breakfast was lovely

Lovely comfortable rooms. Expensive for what it is. Also, sauna and steam room not working. Planned to have a relaxing day using facilities but was unable to which was a shame. Staff very helpful, bed comfortable, hotel very clean.

The property is clean , the staff are so attentive , it’s a great location right by the 02 with its own access , spa facilities were lovely too and the bar on the 18th floor is awesome to watch sunset
