The neighborhood was lovely, close to two main tube stations. Hotel is sustainable and fully renovated. Interior is beautiful and we loved their attention to detail. There is sauna for the guests as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Room is perfectly furnished. Confy and pretty! Location is great, very close to Paddington Station is convenient. Staff was very helpfull. Breakfast is so good :)

The room was nice and quiet, it's always comfortable and the design is very modern. You have a welcome reception our room was rear-facing but was still quiet. Unfortunately, we were under the weather, which meant it was better for us to stay in. The connection to the TV is simple also if you want to stream anything to the TV.

Great location, lovely quiet surroundings and very well connected thanks to the Elizabeth Line, at easy walking distance from the Hotel. Room on ground floor was cozy and warm with very comfy bed. Staff was professional and helpful I loved the interior design, the general atmosphere was very cozy, felt like going home after long days walking and exploring the city.

Gorgeous hotel inside & out - staff were excellent and very accommodating. Decor is elegant and modern, fresh & warming. Cade downstairs has a lovely feel.

Really beautiful room, great bath with lovely view over London. Really great staff who helped me with my luggage. The spa is very cute and small which is perfect for couples or friends. It really makes you feel calm here; very much into luxury wellness, designs are well curated and simple modern with touches of colour. In our room there were dispensers giving beautiful scents including one with a plant giving a very natural atmosphere. Very lovely stay which felt like a retreat!

The hotel was very nice, staff very friendly, location is near hyde park, but not very centrally located if that is what you’re looking for. We knew it was on the quiet side, so were happy with location
