Staff welcoming and friendly/polite. Hotel was clean and tidy. Location was fairly close to o2 by car/train.

Location for O2 arena was good though google maps indicates half a mile walk away which is not accurate as foot tunnel is further out then vehicle tunnel.

My partner and I stayed here when we went to see a show at the O2. The hotel was pleasant and satisfactory for our needs. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar stays open until late, which meant we were able to get a quiet drink once we got back from the show. The room was very basic and simple, but we didn't need much, so it was fine for us.

friendly staff, lovely spread, and good choices at breakfast. comfortable bed, good location, not too far from the train station. Tv channels, not a lot of selection.

Great for a night's stay. About 15 min walk from canary wharf underground. Room was comfortable and relatively clean. Could have done with 1 extra towel. Corridors seemed dirty and dated but room was ok. Really friendly and helpful staff. Really easy to get an Uber from there. Took about 20mins to the o2 if you dont fancy the walk back to the station. The area felt safe and room was nice and quiet. Would definitely use and stay again.

The staff were very welcoming, especially carmella who booked us into the property. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Location great only short walk to the tube,lovely area with nice bars and restaurants,enough to chose from at breakfast,food was lovely and staff couldn’t do enough
