The location was very good, food delicious, staff friendly and polite. Room's design is terrible, cheap laminate instead of carpet which is cold and umpleasant for your feet. The bathroom was the killer of all stay - plastic shaking cubicle literally placed in the room, you have to climb in it (looks like mobile outside toilet plus shower).

Good location, clean & comfortable. Staff are the let down, don't make eye contact as you come & go, no "good morning" or at least a "hello" Fire alarm went off close to midnight courtesy of a smoker but no apology from staff next day.

I liked the location as it was a quiet and safe area. The breakfast was plentiful. I left some of my valuable items, such as rings and a necklace, on the table, and no one touched them. The room had an iron and a board which is a big plus for this hotel and made or stay more comfortable.

The breakfast is good, and the bed was comfy. The staff at breakfast were also great. The location is close to Southwark station and go there, dont walk from Waterloo.
