The fine print
When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note light cleaning of your suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of your suite will be serviced on the 7th day of your stay. Parking is available at Westfield Shopping Centre. The property advise all guests to park their car in CAR PARK B as this is situated near the hotel when you exit from the car park. Payment is controlled by Westfield and you will be given a token for the length of your stay and pay accordingly. The rate is GBP 15 for 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. Please note all guests who have booked a prepaid reservations must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking. This credit card will be pre-authorized for any extras on time of check-in. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance. Pets are only allowed in certain rooms upon request, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note, the hotel may ask for validating identification.

The hotel was situated very nicely in a pedestrians zone right next to the Olympic park. Lots of restaurants, shops and a number of options for public transport. Our room on 10th floor was spacious, quiet and equipped with a kitchinette. The staff was very friendly and ready (and successful) to help us during our stay (extra sheets, late checkout, directions etc.). Another thing we were very pleased with was the breakfast buffet. We went to the ABBA arena for the ABBA Voyage show. Walking distance (through the Olympic park) in roughly 10...15min. That was ideal.

Amazing everything, the staff, the general manager was delightful and so welcoming to us. The bar areas are gorgeous, the cleanliness of the whole hotel was exceptional, it smells just amazing too! Breakfast was wonderful and the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. Loads of places surrounding the hotel to eat and drink too not to mention the shopping! Fantastic train links straight from Stratford train station just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I cant recommend this hotel highly enough! A great place to stay if you are attending the ABBA Voyage.

Breakfast was wide ranging and delicious! Catered for all needs. Room was Modern spacious airy and clean. Staff courteous and helpful, in close proximatey to amenities. Ideal for ABBA voyage! Highly recommend!

The location was perfect with a very large shopping centre within walking distance, the concierge were very welcoming and really helpful with underground information, staff on reception were very friendly and informative.

Stayed here as a 10 minute walk to the ABBA arena. Great location and right next to the Westfield Shopping Centre which has plenty of places to eat in and shops galore.
