Great quirky decor, welcoming staff and nice, calm atmosphere with comfortable room. Will be staying again frequently for business trips. Location is very good, restaurants and shops nearby and very easy to access. Can recommend highly.

The decor is fab, very funky and stylish. Staff are really friendly nothing is too much trouble. The bar cocktails are amazing. Beds are super comfy. Everything is spotless. Location is great - just a 3 min walk to the nearest tube station and great bus connections. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

Warm welcome from staff, easy to find, good location, short walk to tube station at High Street Kensington and Royal Albert Hall. Quirky and fun decor. Stylish bar. Very clean room, with lovely furnishings.

The hotel is thoroughly recommended, reasonably priced, spotlessly clean, with a great shower , comfortable (small but adequate) room. The complimentary cocktails were delicious and the staff courteous and professional. The no. 9 bus is opposite the hotel and takes you to Trafalgar Square, close to Leicester Square, Covent Garden and the theatres. High Street Kensington Tube is less than a 10 minute walk on the same side of the road. The HUX hotel is an experience in itself with the Spaghetti House next door serving quality food and Cote restaurant( 3 minutes away) serving breakfasts from 9am - as hotel doesn’t provide breakfasts
